By using our platform/service to participate in live sessions/meetings, you acknowledge and agree that any videos recorded during these sessions/meetings may be used for future promotional content. These recordings may be utilized for internal purposes such as quality assurance, training, and archival purposes, as well as for promotional activities. You agree to (a) immediately notify Destiny Creation, LLC of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Destiny Creation, LLC cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.

FEEDBACK TO DESTINY CREATION, LLC

By submitting ideas, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals to Destiny Creation, LLC through its contact or feedback webpages, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) your Contributions do not contain confidential or proprietary information; (b) Destiny Creation, LLC is not under any obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Contributions; (c) Destiny Creation, LLC shall be entitled to use or disclose (or choose not to use or disclose) such Contributions for any purpose, in any way, in any media worldwide; (d) Destiny Creation, LLC may have something similar to the Contributions already under consideration or in development; (e) your Contributions automatically become the property of Destiny Creation, LLC without any obligation of Destiny Creation, LLC to you; and (f) you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of any kind from Destiny Creation, LLC under any circumstances.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Destiny Creation, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit, modify, or otherwise make available through the Destiny Creation, LLC Services, your use of the Destiny Creation, LLC Services, your connection to the Destiny Creation, LLC Services, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

TERMINATION

You may terminate your Destiny Creation, LLC account, any associated email address, and access to the Destiny Creation, LLC Services by submitting such termination request to Destiny Creation, LLC. Members can automatically either deactivate or delete their Destiny Creation, LLC account through the various member pages on the site.

You agree that Destiny Creation, LLC may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to, or suspend your Destiny Creation, LLC account, any associated email address, and access to the Destiny Creation, LLC Services. Cause for such termination, limitation of access, or suspension shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) discontinuance or material modification to the Destiny Creation, LLC Services (or any part thereof), (d) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (e) extended periods of inactivity, (f) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, (g) and/or abusive correspondence with Destiny Creation, LLC. Further, you agree that all terminations, limitations of access, and suspensions for cause shall be made in Destiny Creation, LLC’s sole discretion and that Destiny Creation, LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Destiny Creation, LLC Services.

DESTINY CREATION PREMIER & AD-FREE BILLING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, all subscriptions are automatically renewing.

To cancel your Destiny Creation Premier or Destiny Creation Ad-Free subscription, please log in to www.cashflowmachine.io and visit the MEMBER PAGES or send our Support Desk a request to cancel through our Contact Form or send an email to Support at DestinyCreation.com. Upon receipt and processing of the cancellation request, Destiny Creation, LLC will email you a cancellation confirmation. Please retain a copy of the cancellation email for your records.

Annual and bi-annual subscriptions may be eligible for a full refund at any time within the first 30-days of your payment date, subject to terms of any offers. Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 24-hours of your payment date. After the aforementioned refund periods, all sales are final. To request a refund, follow the steps above to cancel your subscription and when doing so include a request for a refund. Upon receipt and processing of the request, Destiny Creation, LLC will acknowledge the cancellation via email and process the request for a refund. If the refund request was sent within the time period allowed, the refund will be approved and processed within 7 business days.

Destiny Creation, LLC does not offer partial cancellations. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active through the end of your paid term.

DISPUTES

ALL DISPUTES ARISING UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LITIGATED BEFORE AN ARBITRATION PANEL LOCATED IN PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA ACCORDING TO THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. IF BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO BINDING MEDIATION AS AN ALTERNATIVE, THAT CAN BE SUBSTITUTED IN LIEU OF ARBITRATION. ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING, OR LITIGATION BROUGHT BY A PARTY PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY BREACH THEREOF MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE, WHETHER OR NOT THE PARTY HAD ANY KNOWLEDGE OR NOTICE THEREOF. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE OR SUBSEQUENT LEGAL ACTION, THEY WILL ONLY ASSERT CLAIMS IN AN INDIVIDUAL (NON-CLASS, NONREPRESENTATIVE) BASIS, AND THAT THEY WILL NOT SEEK OR AGREE TO SERVE AS A NAMED REPRESENTATIVE IN A CLASS ACTION OR SEEK RELIEF ON BEHALF OF THOSE OTHER THAN THEMSELVES. DESTINY CREATION, LLC WILL BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER ITS COURT COSTS AND ATTORNEYS' FEES AND EXPENSES INCURRED IN PROVING ANY BREACH BY YOU OF ANY TERMS OF USE.
